C07 - Vorausschauende und zurückverweisende Funktionen von Diskursanaphern
Das Projekt untersucht die nuancierte Beschaffenheit von Prominenzrelationen zwischen referentiellen Ausdrücken. Es befasst sich mit den interpretativen Präferenzen und dem vorausschauenden Potential unterschiedlicher anaphorischer Ausdrücke – insbesondere Demonstrativa – in Kontexten mit mehr als zwei Antezedenten. Dafür verwendet es behaviorale Methoden sowie ereigniskorrelierte Potentialmessungen zur Beschreibung des Zeitverlaufs der zugrunde liegenden Prozesse. Es geht der Frage nach, wie rückwärts- und vorwärtsgerichtete referentielle Funktionen von prominenz-verleihenden Merkmalen aus unterschiedlichen linguistischen Domänen (Satz, Diskurs und Prosodie) beeinflusst werden.
