Career support for women

The Female Career Program enables the female scientific staff of the UoC and the University Hospital of Cologne to expand their interdisciplinary and personal profile. The main focus is on Study & Job Support for female students and doctoral candidates as well as on support for doctoral candidates and postdoctoral candidates in the development of relevant key competencies for a career in academia or business.
